Complaint / Repair

We place great importance on maintaining consistently high quality standards. However, if you would like to submit a complaint, please complete the online form below and click “Submit.”

The system will automatically generate a processing number (RMA number) and send it to you via email. Within 5 business days, you will receive an email from us with further information. Please make a note of the RMA number and refer to it if you have any questions.

Please understand that returns without a valid RMA number and return form cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
